[TUTORIAL] REAL ESTATE + BOLD LETTER + ZERO WORK = $X,XXX/month | LETS DO THIS! [NEW]

[TUTORIAL] REAL ESTATE + BOLD LETTER + ZERO WORK = $X,XXX/month | LETS DO THIS! [NEW]

I haven't posted a thread in this section in a while so I thought i'd share something new for you action takers to try out.

This is not 100% my original method it's my own twist on something I read a while back.

STEP 1 - Prospecting Clients
In this specific example I am going to be using real estate however you can do this with pretty much any businesses (i'd recommend staying away from restaurants).

What we need to do is find a business with horrible yelp reviews and potentially horrible reviews from other sites (Google included)

In this example I've found a group of realtors with a horrid reputation for renting out condos.

We will be offering up a service to fix their reputation online.

(Stick with me I will go into the details of how we will be doing this later on)

STEP 2 - Bold, Confident, To The Point Letter
We will be writing a hard copy letter (much higher converting than an email) and we will be employing a bold and attention grabbing tactic.

I've come up with a fake business name and logo to make myself look more legitimate:

Quote:
Dear THEIRNAMEHERE,

The keys in this envelope or the ones you could have handed over to the buyer of a new home that you just sold. However, it’s not. Why? Because your potential clients are not even considering you as their retaliator! This is because upon searching your company on Google a storm of negative and slanderous reviews about your company pop up. You can leave your entire business to chance and hope that people don’t search for you online or you can take matters into your own hands and allow us to help you fix this.

I’ve attached just a few of the results that come up when searching your company on Google. These reviews of your company seem to be outrageous making claims about your company’s morals and integrity!

At Fox Securities we understand that is certainly not how you want to be perceived. Whether this spike of negative reputation has come from a negative experience or your competitors you should not have to settle for having you name forever tainted. Let’s work together, we can remove those harmful reviews from the search and for the ones we can’t remove we can bury them 40 pages deep in Google! We can also get your positive reviews dominating the first two pages. Don’t leave your business to chance; let’s take control of your reputation.

Sincerely,

YOURNAMEHERE

Next, attach a page where you've pasted some of their negative reviews and highlight the important terms in red

No that's not my number and no I did not contact this particular business (it's an example for you guys Smile )

Next, we will add the magic touch. Unique and bold items.

A key and a $1 scratcher lottery card!

Remember in this first line of the letter I wrote "these are the keys you could have given to a buyer on a house you sold"

I also am selling the point "don't leave your business to chance and hope people don't search for you online"

These items make your prospective client spend more time thinking about your letter. They are also much more likely to open it when the feel things moving around in the envelope. They will more than likely play the scratcher and during that time they will be thinking about their business and how you can save it!

TIPS: You can get the keys for free at your local hardware store. Just ask for miscut keys and they will give you as many as you'd like FREE. As for the scratcher i'd highly recommend it, however if you don't want to for some reason I've seen others use dice, custom business logo poker chips, etc..

The Finished Product
Tri-fold your 2 papers and put your key and scratcher in the front like so:

What To Do Next...Well actually before!
Yeah.. my thoughts are all over the place. However, before sending out any letters you need to build your list of providers. That's right you will not be doing any work beyond getting clients. Your the middleman. You'll utilize other professional services and charge the client 10-50% more.

What I HIGHLY recommend doing is spending a few days contacting a bunch of companies. Simply google "Online Reputation Management" get in contact with a bunch of companies and find the ones that are the best priced and seem the most professional. Rank them in a list of your top 5. Then when the client decides to work with you the price you will quote them is however much you decide to charge on top of what you need to pay the other company.

Take this step very seriously!

Go as far as Skype calling or phone calling. Make sure your list of service providers are top notch and well priced.

Pricing & Concluding Tips
These services can easily go into the $1000's per client. Start off with very small and easy to fix reputations. Get yourself comfortable with the system and develop awesome relationships with your providers.

As I said earlier avoid restaurants and garages, you won't to focus more on wealthier clients. Dentists, Doctors, Real Estate Agents, Lawyers. It's very justifiable for them to pay you $1500-$3000+ to fix their firms reputation.

If your service provider quotes $1000 you tell your client you can do it for $1500 you keep the $500! Imagine the possibilities here. Even if you only manage to get 10 clients per month say hello to $5000/month for sending out letters to people! Remember these are also high converting letters.

Feel free to reply with any questions you may have. Hope you guys found this one helpful Thumbsup
